The Evangelical Soul Rescue Mission of Africa is proud to partner with our third school in Liberia! Destiny Foundation Academy opened its doors in January 2021 as the result of a long-time dream of Reverends Arthur and Deborah Wehyee.
After years of prayer, the Lord opened doors for a school to be planted outside of Ganta with classrooms to teach preschool to grade 10! After the country lifted the restrictions from the Covid-19 crisis, their school was established to meet the educational and spiritual needs of the most vulnerable children.
ESORM provided funding for the teachers teaching early elementary education to an intensive two-week literacy program from Liberia Reads. The kindergarten to grade three provides an extended school day to receive extra help in literacy and math. These children receive a nutritious hot lunch provided by a generous donor. Middle School and High School benefit from a variety of educational opportunities, pre-vocational learning and sports. A Hope For Girls program rescues teen girls off the street. They receive a tuition-free education, counseling and love.
Many vulnerable orphans and Hope for Girls are in need of your help to send them to school. This not only helps them but helps all the children in the school by providing quality books, lunch, desks and teacher salaries.
