LifeLine Christian Academy

Barnesville, Liberia

We thank you for your donations that contribute to giving these children hope for a future. May the Lord greatly enrich you for your kindness!

In 2016, we were pleased to add another partnership school to Esorm, LifeLine Christian Academy. They opened their doors in 2014 to teaching small children in Preschool and Kindergarten. They started in a tent donated from USAID from the Ebola crisis. A hurricane blew it over in 2015 and they built a temporary school from Zinc roofing and old signs. Despite its appearance, it is a mighty school with trained and dedicated teachers, under the direction of Pastor Tage Swallie and his family. As of 2022 they now have grown to grade 6 and moved into a permanent school building built for them. Esorm feels called to assist them to continue growing in education through our child sponsorship program that provides a full scholarship to orphans. We also feed each student a daily nutritious lunch and help with their Christmas celebration, teachers’ education, library, and after-school clubs such as 4H and reading.

“Do not despise the day of small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begun.” Zechariah 4:10
